Challenge:
Shift5 had established credibility within defense and logistics, but as they prepared to raise a Series C and expand into new markets, their brand and digital presence no longer reflected the scale, sophistication, or ambition of the company.
Approach:
We rebuilt the Shift5 brand from the ground up—developing a refined logo mark, a disciplined visual system, and a cohesive digital experience supported by purposeful typography, color, and custom assets. The focus was on creating a clear, structured foundation that could communicate technical depth with precision, while remaining flexible enough to scale across product, marketing, and enterprise touchpoints.
Results:
The rebrand and website repositioned Shift5 with a level of clarity, precision, and confidence that more accurately reflects the critical nature of its platform—establishing a cohesive foundation for growth across enterprise and defense sectors. Following the launch, Shift5 successfully closed a $75M Series C round, signaling strong market validation and momentum. Beyond funding, the new brand and digital experience have strengthened how Shift5 communicates its value—enabling clearer storytelling, improved stakeholder alignment, and a more scalable platform for sales, recruiting, and continued expansion.
